Jamie Colby
Colby is a National News Correspondent, and anchor for Fox News. He has been employed by the company since July of 2003. Colby was a reporter and anchor at CBS News, including as the fill-in anchor for CBS Up to the Minute. Also, she was a CNN correspondent. She was also an anchor for WPIX/WB-11 New York, a reporter at WNYW FOX 5 New York, and a correspondent/co-anchor on FOX News' WebMD TV. Colby is an attorney who has been licensed to practice law in New York, California, Florida as well as The District of Columbia. Her awards include the Edward R.Murrow Award in 2002 for coverage of the September 11 attacks. 11 in 2001, the Gracie Award for Investigative Reporting in 2000 and Clarion Award for Women in Communications. Television Week also named her one of the "Rising News-Show Star to Be Watching". Colby also worked as an attorney in private law practice during her 10 year tenure. The law firm she joined began by working with an Hollywood entertainment firm that invited her to The Tonight Show. When she was 22, she worked as a reporter for Johnny Carson during his contract renewal with NBC and also his divorce. From January of 2015, Colby has served as anchor and reporter for The Fox Business show, Strange Inheritance. The show focuses on quirky or unexpected legacies left behind by loved ones or relatives
